1950 年代受歐洲核子研究委員會（CERN）委託製作的高抗磁錶款（初代為 6451、6453），素有「科學家之錶」的美譽；後繼的 1019 成為了 Milgauss 系列的定裝款式。
38mm 的不鏽鋼蠔式大錶殼，搭配銀白色或黑色面盤，裡面是由「鉬」金屬完全包覆的 Cal.1580 天文台認證自動機芯，去除日期功能，完全不同於其它錶款的時分秒針在在凸顯 Rolex Milgauss 強大功能性與實用主義美學。
